Podmínky použití služeb eDisk.cz
Following regulations apply for end users using the eDisk service:
- User data will be stored on edisk servers for at most 30 days from the last time this file was downloaded.
- In case this file has 5+ downloads, the period for which the file is stored on our servers is extended to 90 days from the last time this file was downloaded.
- Size limit for a single upload(file) is 2000 MB.
- It is not allowed to save illegal software, credit cards lists as well as other data, which nature is in conflict with laws of Czech Republic and other countries involved.eDisk s.r.o. company has right to delete such files and/or use then as an evidence in a pursuit eventually.
- pokud se uživatel služby zdržuje na území jiného státu, je mu zakázáno jakékoliv protiprávní jednání, které je v rozporu s právním řádem České republiky a/nebo právem Evropských společenství a Evropské unie a/nebo právním řádem země, na jejímž území se zdržuje při užívání výše specifikované služby pokud se uživatel služby zdržuje na území jiného státu, je mu zakázáno jakékoliv protiprávní jednání, které je v rozporu s právním řádem České republiky a/nebo právem Evropských společenství a Evropské unie a/nebo právním řádem země, na jejímž území se zdržuje při užívání výše specifikované služby
- eDisk s.r.o. company takes no responsibility for any expenses due to loss or compromising data during tranfer of data from/out of eDisk.cz and for the time of their storage on eDisk.cz.
- eDisk s.r.o. company declared not to use any email addresses of their users for purposes other than notifications about new files saved and eventually some information concerning user's account. Email addresses will not be used in any way to send unsolicited mails and will not be sold to third party.
- Files may be indexed for searching purposes.
- eDisk s.r.o. company can suspend or remove user account in case of this user is repeatedly uploading duplicities. která budou zahrnovat jak obchodní sdělení týkající se služeb společnosti eDisk s.r.o., tak výrobků a služeb třetích stran

- provozovatel eDisk.cz, společnost eDisk s.r.o., si vyhrazuje právo zablokovat účet v případě hromadného nahrávání duplicitního obsahu
- there are two options for downloading files - free limited downloading ("Download slow"), or purchase credit for unlimited downloading ("Download"), see our prizelist for more details. Limits applied for downloading are download speed (max. 250kb/s) and amount of files that can be downloaded (1 file / 24 hours)
- Credit transfer to another account for financial reward without prior consent of the eDisk service is prohibited.
Using FTP upload :
- User is allowed to upload files with FTP in regular ammount only. After reaching 100 FTP uploads per user per hour, FTP account will be banned.
- In case of misuse or computer automated uploading over limit, the FTP account will be deactivated without other notice.
